Normally we do not reserve our equipment. However, we do make an exception sometimes when a client has shown serious interest. Talk to our sales staff for more information.

No, we do not offer warranties. However, we are transparant towards our customers about the condition of the equipment, and do everything in our power to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Upon request, we may always arrange a technical check-up before shipment / pick-up.
You are of course also welcome for an inspection.
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to visit us. We are opened from Monday-Friday, but an inspection can also be arranged outside of our regular working hours/days. Simply contact us to make an arrangement.

All our prices are exclusive of VAT (Net Tax Free Export). We do this because our customers often do not have to pay VAT. You do not have to pay VAT if your company is located within the EC, and you have a valid VAT number.

Yes, you are welcome to send us your equipment available to trade-in. Please contact us for more information.
Our preferences go out to German equipment, however, you are welcome to send your offers from other countries as well.
Documentation
Dit verschilt per land van bestemming. Vraag deze informatie aan bij uw lokale homologatie en eventueel douaneagent.
Vaak leveren wij genoeg documentatie voor de homologatie van het materiaal. Indien u extra documenten benodigd bent, helpen wij hier graag mee. Vaak kunnen wij dit via de fabriek of vorige eigenaar aanvragen.
All of our trucks and trailers have a valid license. Other documents available is different per unit. We encourage you to check if the documents available are sufficient to complete the homologation in the country of destination.
Shipment and Transportation
We transfer the material according to the customer's preference. You can collect the material ExWorks directly from our premises or have it shipped through a seafreight. We gladly help you with this.
This choice is up to you. Ask our staff for the different options in regard to insurances.
We may arrange Austrian liscense plates for you. These plates are valid for 2 weeks and can be used before you arrange homologation in the destination country. With this registration, you are insured for 2 weeks. The cost of this is included in our price.
If logistically possible, we can indeed stack the equipment to decrease freight-costs.
The price depends on different factors: Country of destination, shipment method, size, weight, seasonal prices, etc. Ask our staff for specific prices.
The duration depends on the destination country and the mode of shipping. Do you need the material urgently? Then we will help you arrange a quick transition. However, the duration of shipping via third parties is beyond our control.
Thankfully to our trusted shipment-partners, we can transport your equipment to almost every country.
